28 Single Tube TOC Bicycle Tire Goodyear Speedway War Tire. Antique 28 single tube tire with victory tread pattern. Untested and may not hold air. Good condition, as found so it is dirty but could be cleaned and oiled for different presentation. Has some use wear, minor scratches and scuffs.

Also has silver paint flecks and lines were someone painted the rim and over brushed on the tire; can be cleaned off. Some side wall crazing in the side walls snd tread if you squeeze the tire.

Good tread, no flat areas. Would look great on your TOC bicycle.
